On 11/28/2022, from 7:09 PM ET to 11:13 PM ET, a subset of Greenfly's worker instances stopped processing inbound messages from a queue service that we use to power +Connect imports, media processing, and gallery publishing. As a result, some customers experienced delays in new content being made available during this time. Access to existing content was unaffected.

After a resumption of normal operations by the impacted worker instances, Greenfly engineers worked to verify that processing completed for all delayed content. This work was concluded on 11/29/2022 at 12:44 AM ET.
